February Beauty Favourites!

Happy March everyone! As from now on I am going to start posting a lot more often than I have done the past few months, so I thought I would start off with a monthly favourites of products that I've loved throughout the, what seems to have been, very short month of February!

1. Maybelline Studio Gel Liner
Now truthfully, this isn't a new product to me so I shouldn't really include it in my February monthly favourites because it's been a favourite of mine for a couple years or so now. I don't use it with the brush that it comes with, I just use a small angled brush, but it's super easy to apply, it's very smooth and long lasting. Sometimes it requires a bit of a black eyeshadow over the top just to intensify the colour because sometimes it doesn't come out that dark, but apart from that it is a great product!

2. L'Oreal Lumi Magique
So I bought this just after I found out that L'Oreal own Yves Saint Laurent so the products are very similar, and this looked like a great dupe of the YSL Touché Éclat, and if I'm honest it's much better! The shades are very pink toned which is needed for an under eye concealer to brighten the area up. It comes with a built in brush applicator just as the Touché Éclat does. I love it, it's very brightening and it is so much better than the Touché Éclat!

3.TRESemme Split Remedy Masque
I've only just ran out of this product literally like a week ago after having it since October and I have definitely noticed the difference when not using it. As I use A LOT of heat products, my hair is not in best condition but I hate having it cut because I really like it at the length it is, so I decided to try a product out of the split remedy range by TRESemme. I've tried a few of their products before and I really like them so I thought I would give this a go. It says on the container that it "reduces split ends by 80% after three uses" - I thought that it would maybe do a little bit for my hair, but after the first use it really made a difference and each time I used it my hair definitely did feel better. Another great thing is that it smells AMAZING, and if you've tried any TRESemme product then you'll know how I mean because they all have the same scent.

4. Clean & Clear Morning Energy Skin Brightening Daily Facial Wash
Now I can't say that it has made my skin brighter, but it definitely makes my skin feel so much nicer as well as waking me up a lot! It is oil free so is fantastic for oily skin because it gets rid of any oiliness, making my skin very manageable so my makeup sits on it much better. The smell is even great too! It is very distinct and hard to describe, but it smells very citrusy and fresh.

5.Urban Decay Naked Palette
I know, I'm late on the band wagon for this one, but it's such an amazing product. You can create so many looks with this that really you don't need any other palettes (that doesn't stop me buying more though!). I use this everyday, it's just amazing.

6. Rimmel Scandal Eyes Liner
I was recommended this from watching a favourites video on YouTube of FleurDeForce's, and she commented saying how smooth and pigmented they are, so I bought the black one and I've found it very similar to the MAC eyeliners in consistency, possibly the Powerpoint pencils, though I'm not completely sure on that. This though is very soft and very pigmented, it can be blended really easily and its just an all round great product, especially for under £4! A must buy - I'm definitely going to buy the rest of the shades!

7. MAC Lustre Drops
I believe this to be a product that isn't very well known and doesn't get the credit it should do because its great. It comes in two colours, "Sun Rush", which is brilliant for medium to dark skin tones because of the gold in it, and "Pink Rebel", the one that I have, which is for fair to medium skin tones because of the pinkness in it. Unlike some other liquid highlighters, this doesn't have huge amounts of glitter and sparkle in as other highlighters and illuminators do, it just gives the skin a gorgeous dewy glow.

Hope you had a great February!
