Glossybox September 2013: “The London Edition”

September is my second month of Glossybox and it is definitely proving to be well worth the money. I love getting the little box each month with little “gifts”, if you will, inside.

The first sample this month is Elizabeth Arden Untold fragrance.

WHAT THEY SAY: “A luxurious and modern floral fragrance, UNTOLD celebrates the sophistication and intrigue of the multi-faceted modern woman. From her vibrant optimism and refined femininity to her mysterious aura and magnetic sensuality, UNTOLD’s sparkling and fruity introduction, radiant floral heart and mysterious addictive warmth captures femininity in a bottle as beautiful and multifaceted as woman herself.”

Now last month’s Glossybox also had a fragrance sample included, but this months is in much fancier packaging, being a miniature version of the full size bottle. I’ve only tried this perfume on the back of my hand at the time of writing this, but I really like it, it’s fresh but sophisticated.
The full size version of this is £48 for 50ml or £69 for 100ml HERE.

Next is a full size product, and it is Eylure Pre-glued Lashes.

WHAT THEY SAY: “Eylure’s pre-glued lashes mean no mess, no fuss, no waiting! Simply remove the lashes from the tray and apply to get natural looking, perfectly full lashes every time.”

I wouldn’t exactly say that these were natural looking lashes, they look quite dramatic to be honest! I never really wear false lashes because they’re just way too fiddly, mainly because of the glue, so hopefully these are a lot easier to use that normal false lashes! We’ll have to see!
These retail for £5.06 and are available HERE.

Another full sized product is the Toni & Guy HairMeet Wardrobe Classic Shine & Gloss Serum.

WHAT THEY SAY: “Meet the limited edition packaging by Fashion’s Fairy Godmother Lulu Kennedy for TONI&GUY HairMeetWardorbe. The Classic Shine Gloss Serum controls frizz with lightweight shine and alignment and for a limited time only will come in Lulu’s graphic interpretation of a classic design.”

I’ve actually been wanting a shine spray/serum for a while but I’ve just never got round to getting one, so I have high hopes of this, it being from Toni & Guy!
This retails at £7.19 (30ml) and is available HERE.

Yet another full sized product is the Be A Bombshell Cosmetics Onyx Eye Liner.

WHAT THEY SAY: “Onyx’ best-selling eyeliner will last throughout your entire day, no matter how hectic it is! With a felt tip to draw a thin line for a casual look or a thicker line for a dramatic look, it is super easy to apply and only takes seconds to apply.”

This is a brand I’ve never heard of before, something that beauty boxes seem to do, throw in brands that aren’t very well known. I’m excited to try this as I’m becoming a bit of an eyeliner junkie, and it looks very similar to the L’Oreal Superliner Blackbuster which I’ve heard are quite good, but we’ll see!
This retails for $14 and is available HERE.

And the final product, which unfortunately was broken when it arrived, is this blusher from HD Brows.

WHAT THEY SAY: “Give your cheeks a natural flush with this soft, burnt rose powder. With long-lasting staying power, this versatile blusher suits all skin tones and creates and beautiful glow.”

I thought that a blusher from HD Brows was absolutely bizarre, for the reason that they make brow products!
This retails for £17.95 and is available HERE.
